![]() ![]() Jorge was brilliant at making sure we got to where we needed to be on time and safely and allowing for restroom stops whenever we needed them on the way. There were only 7 of us in the tour group, which made the experience feel more personal than if we were part of a larger group. We then arrived back just a little after 6.30 pm (we were the last drop off). We then finally travelled to the Coba ruins, which was actually one of our highlights as they felt less touristy and more authentic. We then went to the Cenote and had 1 1/2 hours there, which was plenty of time to grab lunch (a buffet was provided) and swim in the Cenote. The tour of Chichen Itza she provided was informative, and she also let us have the remaining time to explore ourselves. Whilst on our journey, Yolo helped set the scene of the origins of Chichen Itza, which was interesting and helpful for giving context for when we arrived at our first destination. After being picked up on time and with no issues, we made our way to Chichen Itza first with breakfast and plenty of water on hand. and/or in the afternoon at 1:30 p.m.We really enjoyed the whole day, and this was all down to Yolo (our tour guide) and Jorge (our driver).
